Junjou-batake in Gunma (Field)
This town has a river terrace which is located in slope of northwest Mt. Akagiyama in south part of Tone-gun. Especially the views from national route 120 is a noble sight, and the large area can produce lettuce, konjak, and other products. Many people visit farm products direct sales nearby Showa IC.
There are some courses which make use of highlands such as the par-three 4th hole which resembles the prestigious Augusta, and super long courses (635yards). You can play golf while looking at Joetsu Mountains and Mikunirenzan. Sanso (Inn) is surrounded by forest, and has guest rooms, cafeteria, and baths.
All rooms are nonsmoking and there is a 80-tatami-sized hall with karaoke, a 40-tatami-sized relaxing room, Japanese / European baths, Jacuzzis, saunas, and outside baths. You can enjoy the whole day at a low price.
It is located in nearby Showa IC, and always crowded by many people. They sell many kinds of fresh vegetables, fruits juices, konnyaku, manju, and processed goods at a low price. Their motto is “Fresh, Safe, and Healthy.”
